Accessibility

Not sure how accessible your website really is? We can check the accessibility of your website and provide recommendations on how you can improve it.

All websites should meet the minimum accessibility requirement of WAI A but many organisations now want to their websites to acheive a minimum of WAI AA. We can help you acheive your goal for an accessible website, whether you just need to reach the minimum requirement level A or the maximum level AAA.

There are sound business benefits for having an accessible website as your website will be easier for everyone to use, not just those using assistive technologies. Project costs could be reduced as can your website maintenance costs.

Usability

Your website looks good and you think it is accessible but just how easy is it for people to actually use. We can provide usability testing and there are a 3 different packages available:

  • Experts review - We can review your website and provide recommendations on how to make the site more usable for your visitors.
  • User testing - We can test your website using real people and provide feedback on the problems they encountered and provide recommendations on how to make improvements
  • User testing & experts review - We can combine an experts opinion with user testing.

Website Maintenance

You have a website but don't have time to add the content, or your orgnisation is going through change and you don't have the expertise in-house to use the content management system. We can provide a service on an hourly rate for updating your website content.

Website Surveys

If you want an online survey we can set it up and maintain it for you, provide visual reports on the outcomes and a comma delimited file that you can import into your systems for analysis. We can design the surveys so that they fit seemlessly into the look and feel of your own website. Surveys can be provided in multiple languages, including non roman texts.
